Do you have any questions? We have the answer!
How are Asamodo barbecues delivered?
The Brasa and the Cube are delivered to you by a forwarding agent right up to the roadside. The delivery will be notified in advance by telephone. Therefore, when ordering, please provide a telephone number where you can be reached.
How long does it take before I can barbecue at the Brasa?
You should allow between 30 and 35 minutes or 2 beers until you have enough embers for the first meat. But once the embers are there, the size of our grills means you can grill a lot, very quickly. The fire compartment on the left-hand side (on the Brasa) and the sheer size of the grilling surface (on the Cube) also mean that new embers can be produced constantly. This means you can maintain the same temperature for a long time and also grill large quantities. You can grill exactly the way that suits you best.
How can I regulate the heat on the Brasa?
The quickest and most efficient method is to move the frame up or down using the crank. This is the best way to regulate the heat. With the help of the barbecue utensils (shovel, poker, tongs), you can also create different barbecue zones (with a lot of embers or none at all) and grill different pieces at the same time. After a while, the firebricks are so hot that you can let the meat cook slowly without a fire above the firebricks.
Can I also smoke or grill indirectly with the Brasa?
Smoking like with a “real” smoker is unfortunately not (yet) possible. However, if you want a smoky flavor, you can cover your meat with the grill lid and throw chips under the meat on the embers, but indirect grilling works very well! You can either place the grill lid conveniently on the V-grill or on the plancha or other modules. The lid also has a thermometer so that you can regulate the temperature for indirect grilling very easily.
Is the Brasa also suitable for slow grilling or long jobs?
Absolutely! You can do long jobs on the Brasa without any problems. Thanks to the fire compartment on the left-hand side, you can produce embers on the spot without interruption and then distribute them accordingly so that you get the same temperature throughout.
How many people can I serve at the same time with the Brasa or the Cube?
This can vary depending on experience and the desired grilled food. A Brasa can easily feed up to 50 people with different barbecue delicacies, including multi-course meals. The Cube can easily cater for 100 to 150 people. Try it out and let us know how much you have “managed”. We have developed various concepts for details (e.g. for restaurants and hotels).
Are the Brasa and the Cube suitable for the catering trade?
Dozens of restaurateurs from various sectors (restaurant, hotel, catering, barbecue school, etc.) give this answer. With both grills you can not only put on a unique show, but also present large quantities with different grilling and cooking methods. Almost anything you can do with meat is possible on our grills. But above all: delicious asado!

Wie funktioniert das Mehrzonen-Grillen auf dem Brasa?
With the barbecue set you can easily position the embers as you need them. You can change the height of the frame with the crank. And use the cutlery to set up the zones. Tip: At the beginning, you should turn the frame upwards when the heat is high.
What about spare parts?
All our barbecues are modular. We are working on making spare parts available for all components and modules. However, due to the robustness of our barbecues, we have initially focused on the further development of the modules. But we will be introducing a range of spare parts in our store in 2023.
